The rule for Refund/Return/Replacement.
- Our refund and replacement policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund but we still offer you a replacement.
- These are digital goods so returns are not possible due to the nature of the products. we only offer replacement and refund if the order was not delivered to the customer via our download page and an email invoice as we promised with the product description page.
- In some rare cases, we can take a return if the product’s nature, details, and other things belong in the same situation (Not used, or mistakenly ordered.) but only for a few things. Our executive will talk to you and they finally decide whether this product can be returned or not. If they finally disapprove the return after checking, then you’re not eligible/can’t claim for return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Same we also do not accept products that are digital or done services to you as per our terms.
30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy which means we guarantee you that your money is safe with any purchase you made from us. We sold 2 things.
1- Digital Product
It refers to the product if it is downloadable license-based, code-based, activation, or direct delivery to the customer’s email.
that means you have the right to ask refund If this condition matches to you.
- i) We haven’t delivered the product to you as we promised.
- ii) We delivered somethings else products to your original orders.
- iii) We delivered and this product did not work for 30 days from the purchase date, then we’ll refund partially. in this case, our team will check the case and the maximum refund will
be up to 60% of the total amount. - iv) What happens if I buy anything from you and the product is working as you describe and then after the refund period the delivered product is not working or gets expired or is similar to the case?
in this case, our team will check the case with your help, if we need any proof then you must provide it at the time of asking if we found it happened as your claim. then you’ll be able to get a partial
refund within the next 30 days. So we’ll decide what percentage refund is possible we’ll refund it to you, this will be a manual refund. - v) Our other priority will be to replace the existing product with another product with the same value. if we aren’t able to do it or you do not agree with our offer, you’ll get a 35% refund in this case of the total investment
for only those products for which you asking refund. - vi) Sometimes you mistakenly placed the order then you just downloaded our product and ask a refund is not possible, but in case if you placed a mistake order and now want to refund
and haven’t downloaded anything from your account dashboard, then just create a ticket our team will check the case and find the true value. if we find your allegation is correct
we immediately start refund procedures, this refund may be reflected in your bank account in (5-7 business days).
If we found you’ve downloaded our product then in this case we only refund 10% of the total investment of the claimed products. In case we find any cheating, misbehaves, or any unfamiliar
behavior from you. then strictly no refund and get banned, blacklisted and your IP will be reported. - vii) What happens if a 30-day money-back period is crossed? In this case, our team will check the issue and let you know the best possible way for you.
2- Digital Services
It refers to the Services which means we offered an offer/service related to solving a specific problem in many categories for multiple task-based. Generally, in this service, we’ll try to do our best
solution for your problems or fulfill your requirements.
In this case, we have a policy regarding refunds, which means you have the right to ask refund If this condition matters to you.
- i) If we fail to deliver services as promised or mentioned in the post or ‘talking’ with you during the conversation, we’ll refund an amount.
- ii) If we deliver half of the work (services) in this case we’ll take 50% and get back to you with 50%.
- iii) If We don’t deliver the services (work/task) for the given duration or as per our conversation then we’ll return your money in full but We aren’t liable to pay a transaction fee / Conversion fee or Payment gateway fee.
in this case, you’ll get your money back but (not including the transaction fee) we’ll encourage you to use Stripe as a payment gateway for smoother Transactions and quick Refunds. - iv) What happens if We’re not satisfied with your work what you’ve done? In this case, our priority will provide the “Revision” and do our best to achieve your satisfaction level, if we still find and prove that our work is not satisfying to you, in this case, our team will inform you regarding refunds.
A refund will be made within the next 30 days. so we’ll decide what percentage refund is possible we’ll refund it to you, this will be a manual refund. - v) What happens if you’ve used an original license or activated the original key in the service then will you be refunded in full? Let to clarify for you, if we’ve used our original license/keys then we’ll deduct the money for those licenses and then we’ll calculate the amount and then you’ll get a refund.
vi) Sometimes you mistakenly place the order then you can take a refund if we’ve not done any work on your services. note refund amount will be after the deduction of the processing fee/ transaction fee.

The general rule for All non-returnable or refundable items
Important Points :
- Downloadable Themes, plugins, script, and source code.
- Downloadable software products, antivirus license key, and another license key that can be installed and activated on a PC (Win, Mac).
- Some graphics, photos, mockups, and related digital assets are non-returnable.
- Rest all other digital downloadable items are not returnable due to nature.
- If I deliver the license to you for any item then this is not possible to revert the license. then no refund is allowed in this case. either you like the product or not.
- if the product and license are working and you choose it as per your desire and after buying it you want a refund because you’re desire changed. refund is not possible.
- if you don’t know about the product then don’t order once if you order and the item is delivered/shipped to you with complete information is not refundable.
- You got the product that you ordered and now you’re satisfied and after a few days later maybe crossing 30 days and now looking refund then of course it is not possible.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- if the product is delivered 50% in case the license or code is not working or software not working as described.
- The theme, plugins, script, source code, templates, software, license, or any other product that was mentioned on our site you bought and not delivered to you.
- Any item that is placed for refund/replacement more than 3 days after delivery in case the product and license are not working or the wrong product is delivered.
Once our team will be checked completely about your issue, we will send you an email to notify you that we have reviewed your refund issue. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective missing, or changed. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {email address}.
We deliver all digital products through our download page area or member dashboard access area and via email invoice attached is the link to the product to download anytime from their email. So there are no shipping costs that apply to these digital goods.
